Principal tasks and responsibilities include: Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and reconciliations Handle complex CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, recoveries, and realty tax billings Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned properties Prepare annual financial statements, cost statements, and audit packages Collaborate with auditors, property managers, and stakeholders to maintain financial transparency Assist with the financial integration of new property acquisitions Support ad hoc financial projects and process improvements Qualifications and pre-requisites:
