Key Responsibilities:



• Execute rate change projects and actuarial model development • Analyze business partner needs and design innovative pricing solutions • Mentor team members and foster a positive work culture • Collaborate with the Rating Systems team on pricing implementation • Provide input to the Pricing leadership team on strategic direction

Requirements: • Five years of property and casualty actuarial experience • Post-secondary degree in Actuarial Science or related fields • Expert in actuarial pricing principles and corporate concepts • Strong analytical mindset to solve complex problems • ACAS or FCAS designation is an asset
