- Support benefits and disability management program administration
- Provide expertise on employee wellness and leave matters

- Partner with various internal teams to ensure program effectiveness
- Conduct research and benchmarking for program evaluation Requirements:
- 5+ years in benefits administration or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Canadian benefits programs and regulations
