Analyst role reports to the Director, Toy FPA, playing a vital part in the Global Toy team. You will create and analyze financial plans necessary for measuring profitability, fostering data-driven decisions aimed at strategic brand development. Your analytical expertise will impact growth across our global markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the financial co-pilot for the Toy Creative Center
- Oversee Toy SGA planning and establish key partnerships
- Transform complex financial data into actionable insights
- Analyze monthly profitability and assist in performance reporting
- Consolidate the Toy Line Plan and provide financial analytics Requirements:
- Degree in business or economics required
- 3-5+ years of public company or accounting experience
- Familiarity with ERP and Planning Software mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling
