- Partner with Project Managers and site teams to validate project costs and approvals
- Review and process construction invoices while maintaining solid financial controls
- Monitor budgets,



commitments, change orders, holdbacks and cost transfers
- Support monthly lender draws, funding submissions and project cash flow activities
- Analyze project financial performance, variances and forecasting assumptions
- Prepare month‑end reporting, reconciliations and financial analysis
- Develop and improve Excel‑based reporting tools, models and tracking systems Successful candidates will have - University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA (Core2 completed preferred)
- Experience in public accounting, project accounting, construction accounting or real‑estate accounting
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and financial analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build and enhance financial models
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, trends and opportunities
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
