Your role includes mentoring, driving technical direction, and delivering high-impact data products. You will work closely with stakeholders to align our roadmap with business values. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a squad of data engineers to drive project delivery
- Collaborate to prioritize and manage the backlog efficiently
- Deliver data products from design to production support
- Design scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
- Optimize data pipeline performance for reliability and cost
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark for production code
- Experience with Databricks and SQL optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure
- Background in Terraform for managing infrastructure
