Medtronic Canada is seeking a Principal Employee Relations Specialist to serve as the primary ER contact for Manufacturing & Commercial employees in Canada, with some US support. You will guide performance management, investigations, and restructuring, ensuring fair policy application and a positive work workplace.

The role partners with HR COEs, leaders, and employees, leveraging data to reduce risk and lead ER initiatives. Fluency in French and English is required.
