- Lead a team of 40–50 engineers in aerospace and defense
- Drive product development and improve legacy systems
- Establish requirements management and verification practices
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Program Management
- Enhance overall design-for-manufacture and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status (required)
- Minimum 10 years of engineering leadership experience (required)
- Experience in defense or aerospace settings preferred
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
