The Senior
Estimator will report to the President and oversee all estimating functions within the company. You’ll be responsible for crafting detailed project cost estimates and guiding junior estimators. Your extensive experience will allow for accurate bid analysis and project coordination to enhance efficiency and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete project cost estimates for all scopes
- Develop budgets based on conceptual designs
- Conduct thorough bid analyses on quotations
- Interpret construction documents and specifications
- Provide mentorship to junior estimators Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of estimating in industrial projects
- Robust knowledge of industrial construction processes
- Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
