Posted Monday, August 10, 2026 at 7:00 AM Senior IT Manager As Senior IT Manager, you’ll lead our IT team and own the technology supporting Mosaic’s mission to Build A Better Home. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, this hands‑on leadership role is a great fit for someone who wants to shape and deliver IT strategy, but who still loves rolling up their sleeves and digging into the technical work. You'll drive everything from our multi-year IT roadmap and cybersecurity posture to the day-to-day reliability of our network, servers, and cloud systems, all while bringing out the best in your team of three.

You'll also play an key role in guiding AI adoption as part of our broader technology roadmap. Own and continuously assess the IT systems landscape and roadmap, including on-premises servers, network infrastructure and design, and cloud-hosted applications. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.

Develop, own, and maintain the 1-3-5 year IT strategic roadmap in partnership with leadership. Set priorities and execute design and maintenance of IT systems (network, servers, backups, workstations, etc.), Ensure IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place, tested, and improved. Provide clear and concise recommendations to leadership and other stakeholders on best practices, IT policy and procedures in line with Mosaic’s strategic plan and business priorities.

Contribute to help shape Mosaic’s IT and AI governance framework, including data security, acceptable use and guide AI adoption across the business. Deliver clear, concise communication on IT changes or issues impacting colleagues. Prepare business cases, memos and analysis for new expenditures or IT projects.

Own and make IT budget recommendations, considering projects, hardware, and software needs.



Establish and ensure adherence to IT policy, process, and standards to safeguard company data integrity and system security. Ensure ongoing monitoring of network, server, backups and IT system performance.

Continuously assess cybersecurity risks, remediate gaps, and implement security best practices. Oversee the cybersecurity training and awareness program. Monitor performance and ensure gaps are remediated.

Ensure colleagues are educated and supported with new software and hardware, or updates.

Helpdesk KPIs, performance, and service levels. Continuously improve Helpdesk process and procedures. Provide technical expertise and consultation to teams across Mosaic. Lead and oversee IT project delivery, including risk assessment, coordination, implementation, and application support for new software, deployment of hardware, and operationalization of new or upgraded systems.

Act as the main point of contact for IT vendors. Develop and manage relationships with third-party IT vendors, managed service providers, or other technology providers. Oversee contracts, software renewals, and compliance with licensing.

Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, setting priorities, providing coaching, mentorship, and maintaining high performance. Support succession planning and leadership development. This is a full-time in-office role with the opportunity for significant impact.





Mosaic’sin-house team manages every stage of the new development process—from land acquisition, design, and approvals to financing, construction, marketing, and sales-delivering new multi-family high-rise, low-rise, and townhome communities across the region. Mosaic also develops and operates income-producing properties, including purpose-built rental communities, commercial retail, and office space. Over the past 25 years, and with more than 8,000 homes constructed, Mosaic has remained committed to designing and building A Better Home.

And we’re just getting started, with future large-scale wood and concrete projects coming up throughout Greater Vancouver. You have 10+ years’ IT experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people leader with a track record of bringing out the best in others. You have an undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field.

Bonus points if you are PMP designated. You also have a valid BC Driver’s License and are comfortable regularly driving to sites around the Lower Mainland. You are customer service oriented and solutions driven.

You have demonstrated experience realizing operational excellence, transformation, or modernization. You explain even the most complex technical issues in a concise manner anyone can understand. Your prior experience includes the Microsoft 365 suite of products; Azure, Dynamics, Helpdesk ITSM/ITSL, and planning, resourcing, and executing projects on time and on budget.

You have an excellent knowledge of network design & architecture, emerging AI technologies, cybersecurity, business continuity/disaster recovery planning, workflow automation, and Helpdesk management. This includes experience managing budgets, projects, setting KPI, and presenting business cases to an executive audience.
