This is a remote opportunity but you must reside in Canada. Travel within North America, Europe, and Australia is expected.

Business Development & Solution Design: Skilled at identifying opportunities, leading proposal development, designing compelling AI adoption and governance solutions, and delivering persuasive presentations to prospective clients to contribute to revenue growth.

Engagement Delivery: Demonstrated ability to oversee complex client engagements from scoping through execution, managing resources and quality assurance across multiple workstreams, industries, and stakeholder groups — identifying executive and organizational alignment risks and resistance points around AI deployment, and developing targeted mitigation strategies that enable consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.

AI Adoption & Behavioral Governance: Expertise in behavioral science methodologies applied to AI trust, adoption, and governance, with a track record of designing and executing diagnostic and intervention strategies that drive measurable improvements in AI trust integrity, human-AI interaction quality, and institutional oversight across complex organizations.

Diagnostic & Advisory Strategy: Ability to apply structured, evidence-based diagnostic frameworks to AI trust and readiness questions, and to develop and support advisory programs at scale, including behavioral audits and institutional governance reviews.

Impact & Influence: Proven ability to coach and mentor, fostering collaboration and high performance through impact and influence.

Strategic Client Partnership:



Strong relationship management skills, building trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders and influencing decision-making around AI investment and governance.

Human-Centered Strategic Thinking: Advanced ability to apply human-centered design principles to organizational AI challenges, diagnose root causes of trust and adoption failure, and develop innovative strategies that balance business objectives with human needs.

Thought Leadership & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into compelling thought leadership, develop proprietary frameworks, and contribute to the practice's market positioning.

Job Advantages

Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $66,452.70 to $87,154.50 CAD annually, in accordance with Ontario's Pay Transparency Act.
