They are currently seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A; to join their Vancouver office on a two-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Director of FP&A;, the Senior Manager, FP&A; will lead a team while working closely with senior leadership to influence key business decisions through financial planning, modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning,



and management reporting processes. Deliver meaningful financial analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.

Partner with business leaders across Finance, Asset Management, Operations, and other functional teams to support key initiatives. Lead financial analysis for strategic projects, including corporate initiatives, operational improvements, and M&A; activities. Prepare executive and Board-level reporting, presentations, and business cases.

Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, automation, and operational efficiencies across the finance function. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline. ~ CFA and/or MBA are considered strong assets. ~8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership within an FP&A; workplace. ~ Previous experience managing and developing finance professionals. ~ Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling expertise. ~ Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business drivers. ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience building sophisticated financial models. ~ Experience working with large data sets and tools such as Power Query and SQL is considered an asset. ~ Private Equity, Asset Management, Real Estate, or Financial Services experience is considered an asset. ~ A passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and leveraging technology to improve reporting and analysis.
