In this role, you will apply your extensive background in Data Engineering to lead the transformation initiatives from legacy systems to contemporary data architectures.

Your deep knowledge of data governance, finance models, and reporting capabilities will be essential in redesigning ingestion and transformation processes. You will act as a technical authority while guiding junior engineers in best practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the transformation from Cloudera to Databricks
- Design enterprise-wide Data Lakehouse and Warehouse strategies
- Construct scalable, efficient data pipelines




- Champion data governance and quality assurance practices
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams Requirements:
- 12-18 years of comprehensive Data Engineering experience
- 8+ years focused on Data Warehousing and Lakes
- 5+ years working specifically with Databricks and Spark
- Experience with risk and finance data structures
- Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks including Git and Terraform Lead the charge in modernizing our data landscape and make a tangible impact on business intelligence.
