You’ll join a dedicated, design-driven product team that collaborates closely with engineering and product management to bring intuitive solutions to life. In this role, your mission is to lead the end-to-end design process, shaping seamless user experiences that accelerate scientific discovery.

Own the end-to-end user experience across the an area of our product and how it integrates with the rest of the BioRender product suite: Talk to users and obsess over user feedback and usage data of beta users to design user experiences that will create raving fans. Proactively seek, facilitate, and apply feedback from customers, engineers and cross-functional partners to iterate on designs and foster a culture of design collaboration within your team. Determine if and when product areas or information architecture need to be revisited to achieve long-term success and evaluate the cost-benefit of those tough decisions.

Be an active member of the BioRender Design team that critiques and drives continuous evolution of the overall design of our product, design system, and design practices. You experiment with and use AI to improve your design and research workflows. You’ve built easy user experiences in a complex domain where the user is not necessarily the domain expert (think TurboTax for taxes).





You have experience designing scalable user experiences that support a wide array of functionality and can be easily extended as requirements change and number of features grows. You’ve owned the end-to-end user experience for an entire product. You’re driven by insatiable user-obsession to understand your users and customers, and design technical products that drive business outcomes.
