- Manage projects end-to-end related to the environment and the mining sector, from planning through delivery.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and ensure quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.

- Contribute to strategic sector development, team leadership, and strengthening business relationships.

- Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of projects in the mining environment.

- Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements and the firm's quality standards.

- Lead internal technical teams and external consultants within a multidisciplinary framework. Monitor budgets, schedules, deliverables, and contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

- Mentor and develop junior talent through coaching and knowledge transfer.

- Actively participate in business development: identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, giving presentations, and client retention. Develop service offerings.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners for projects under your responsibility.

Requirements

- University degree in engineering (environmental, geological, mining, civil, or related).

- Licensed member in good standing of a professional engineering association (e.g., OIQ).

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including management of large-scale projects in the mining and environmental sectors.

- Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office suite, ERP).

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

- Bilingualism (French and English*) required, both spoken and written.

- Solid communication, leadership,



and client relationship management skills.

- Experience with international projects or with major mining companies.

- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks (Canada and/or international).

- Experience preparing environmental impact assessments (EIA), closure plans, or environmental audits.
