Project

Manager – Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) , you will lead complex, multidisciplinary environmental projects, guiding teams and clients through the environmental assessment and permitting process with clarity, integrity, and impact. Supported by WSP’s deep technical bench and national network, you’ll deliver projects that balance development, environmental stewardship, and community outcomes. #Lead Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) projects for mining developments from initiation through delivery. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, and risk while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, including environmental, social, and permitting specialists. Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships through clear, ethical, and proactive communication. Apply project management tools, methods, and best practices aligned with PMI standards.

Track project financial performance, manage change orders, and control scope evolution. Identify, document, and mitigate project risks using structured risk registers. Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related discipline. 8 years of professional project management experience , 3+ years in consulting .

Environmental and Social Impact Assessment processes in Canada (federal and/or provincial). Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary consulting teams and subcontractors. Strong expertise in project financial tracking, forecasting, and change management.
