Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – QA-Automation to lead and scale enterprise-wide quality engineering practices within a rapid-paced banking environment. This role will drive automation-first testing strategies, ensure regulatory-compliant software delivery, and lead high-performing QA teams across complex digital and core banking platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in automation frameworks, leadership experience, and domain knowledge in banking/financial services.

Required Qualifications / Experience:

- 12–18+ years in QA/Test Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale QA automation initiatives in banking/financial services.




- Demonstrated success in transforming manual QA teams into automation-first organizations.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in programming languages: Python, Java or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- API testing tools
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Domain Knowledge

- Deep understanding of banking systems, payment processing, and financial regulations.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI/ML in testing (self-healing automation, predictive analytics).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to test data management and service virtualization tools.
