Listowel Chrysler is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive sales professional who has robust desking and finance experience and is ready to take on additional responsibility within the sales department.

This role will focus primarily on vehicle sales and supporting the sales team, with part-time F&I; responsibilities as required.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full vehicle sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Build strong customer relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience
- Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales targets
- Assist with desking deals, negotiations, and deal structure
- Support and mentor other Sales Consultants
- Assist with financing and leasing options
- Present and sell F&I; products and services on a part-time basis
- Complete F&I; paperwork and ensure deals are accurately documented
- Work with lenders and the dealership F&I; team to structure and finalize deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent customer follow-up
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and F&I; team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of automotive sales experience
- Previous experience with desking,



deal structure, and/or F&I;
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and leasing
- Proven track record of sales performance
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and support the sales team
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
- Valid OMVIC registration and a clean driving record
