- Senior ServiceNow Developer, 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, hold a ServiceNow Developer Certification, Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom solutions across ITSM and related modules
- Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
- Implement and customize Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, and approvals
- Design and support integrations using RESTSOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party systems
- 7 years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)




- Important and preferred Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
- Proficient in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform architecture
- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and custom UI development
