JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides strategic financial, resource-management, and analytical support to Toronto Cyber Security.
- Leads operating and capital budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, financial controls, workforce reporting, and procurement support.
- Supports the Cyber Security PMO by developing Power BI dashboards and translating financial, project, procurement, and resource data into actionable insights.
- Applies practical knowledge of cyber security to understand project requirements, risks, schedules, and investment priorities and to support effective portfolio decision-making.
