Are you a seasoned structural engineer ready to take on complex challenges and lead impactful projects across our building sectors? We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team—someone who thrives on solving tough problems, improving design standards, and collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results. You enjoy applying mature engineering knowledge to real-world challenges.

You’re passionate about improving design quality and reducing costs through innovation. Lead and execute complex structural engineering assignments with a high degree of autonomy. Modify established guidelines and develop new approaches to meet evolving project needs.

Solve unique design and field engineering problems using innovative thinking. Recommend improvements to design standards that enhance quality and efficiency. Coordinate and manage mid-sized to large projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and performance goals.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Mentor and guide team members through technical investigations and project execution. Demonstrate a strong commitment to our company values of quality, client focus, teamwork, sustainability, and community, integrating these principles into daily work practices and interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, or related field).



Minimum 7 years of experience in an engineering role, ideally within a consulting environment. Robust command of engineering principles, design standards, and best practices.

Proven ability to lead projects and solve complex technical challenges. Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to structural design. Demonstrated project management experience.
