Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in all food preparation and serving areas
- Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to deliver timely service
- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally,

- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology for order entry and cashiering
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent guest services skills is desirable
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes can be advantageous
