Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy in math calculations
- Prepare and serve food items following proper food safety and sanitation standards, including food handling and food preparation procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and workstations in compliance with sanitation guidelines




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and transactions efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
