Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and drink options.
- Take accurate orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks responsibly, following all food safety and handling protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via Micros POS or similar systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and attentive service,



addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered efficiently, supporting overall team success.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and billing accuracy.
- Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
