Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food and beverage options with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations




- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and multitasking skills
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions or concerns proactively

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, preferably as a server or bartender
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
- Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable
