We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages.
- Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment and prevent over-serving.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple guests efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bar tending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements.

- Position is currently part-time, with the potential for full time/ additional hours based on performance.
