Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position involves delivering high-quality service, managing guest orders efficiently, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout your shift.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards




- Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent guest services
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all current hires
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization are essential for success in this role
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately is highly desirable
- Experience with food industry standards, hospitality services, and guest relations will contribute to a positive work performance
