Wildling is a wine bar and restaurant in downtown Kelowna that celebrates low intervention and artisanal winemakers and farmers in BC and beyond, who are working in harmony with the Earth to create wine and food that is beautiful, honest and delicious. Humble food, wines of the Earth is a commitment to simplicity and respect for nature where ingredients and the land they are harvested from are celebrated. We are looking for experienced and passionate people with a love for and knowledge of elevated food, wine, and hospitality to join our small but passionate team.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry; experience in fine dining is preferred, experience in full service restaurants required
- knowledge and experience working with BC and international wine a plus
- Passionate about creating unique, elevated, and authentic experiences; a genuine love for hospitality!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self motivated and a positive team player attitude
- Genuinely warm and engaging personality
- Serving it Right certification
