Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with food safety standards are highly valued. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system - TouchBistro
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and resetting dining areas as needed




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TouchBistro is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for billing purposes
- Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality industries is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours and multitask effectively
