Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming environment for all customers. This role requires a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently.

Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for those eager to learn. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS system ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently
- Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction




- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Provide guest services that promote a positive dining experience and encourage repeat visits

Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4 pm-7pm. Must have a Smart Serve Certificate.
