We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while maintaining accountability for all financial exchanges
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
- Engage with guests to promote a positive atmosphere, address concerns professionally, and ensure their overall satisfaction
- Follow all food safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene regulations in the food industry

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with serving techniques is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
- Food industry or restaurant experience is highly valued; kitchen experience can be an asset but not required
