We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, effective food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to in a timely manner.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving techniques, and food industry standards.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
