Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery, supporting overall guest satisfaction




- Assist with basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change to ensure accuracy in transactions
- Follow all food industry safety protocols, including proper food preparation, sanitation practices, and guest service standards

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and tipping calculations
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
