Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and guest tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery of orders
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience




- Assist with basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments to ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Positive time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling duties
- Familiarity with food preparation standards and kitchen operations is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
