Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and serving
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations,



and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation when necessary and support team members during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving protocols and customer interaction
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic math skills for order calculations and cash handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
