Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria Branch (located at 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent, Saanichton BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers.

A Day In The Life

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business

- Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand

- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions

- Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction

- Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings

- Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement

- Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner

- Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders

- Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives

What We Are Seeking

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry

- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems,



including current construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance work. Service and maintenance experience is an asset

- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents

- Local market knowledge is preferred

- Experience using Bluebeam or similar estimating and document management software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development, and team collaboration
