We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team and play an important role in the continued success of our business.

The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer-service skills, and the ability to effectively manage the day-to-day workflow of a busy repair facility.

Requirements

- Proven experience with a strong understanding of automotive sales and service processes.
- Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge to confidently discuss vehicle issues with customers and technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and workflow.




- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple appointments and documentation simultaneously.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer software related to service management systems, knowledge of Mitchell is a bonus.
- Valid driver’s license with good standing; automotive industry certification a plus but not required.
