RV Service Advisor sought for a very busy, fast-paced service department in Aldersyde/Okotoks location. You must be dedicated to providing quality service while enriching the customer experience and creating a positive work environment by embracing teamwork. The successful candidate can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

: The Service Advisor is responsible for full process of customer unit drop off and inquiries. Candidates should be familiar with reporting and tracking of productivity and billing technique.

Duties: working with the service & parts department to efficiently perform quality retail, warranty, and internal repair work. Communicating with factory representatives to assist the repair process. Maintain and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Work proactively with the dealership parts department to facilitate timely and cost effective service parts acquisition and maintain appropriate service parts inventory.



Previous service Advisor experience is an asset but training is provided to the right candidate. RV Experience preferred but will consider other service Advisor experience.

Strong communication skills, excellent computer skills, motivated, reliable, and positive attitude are a must. This position reports directly to both the Service Supervisor and the Service Manager.
