Service Appointment Coordinator

River City Nissan is a locally owned and operated dealership and a three-time winner of the NAOE (Nissan Award of Excellence) which is awarded to dealers for outstanding performance. We are looking to add a Service Appointment Coordinator to our team. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday with weekends off. We need excellent people, like you, to join our team at our state-of-the-art dealership.

About the Role:

- Manage inbound/outbound service appointment bookings (phone, text online)
- Coordinate daily service schedule to maximize shop efficiency
- Confirm upcoming appointments and perform follow-up reminders




- Communicate with customers regarding maintenance needs and service timelines
- Support services advisors with customer flow and appointment organization
- Review and pre-plan upcoming appointments (maintenance due, recalls, campaigns)
- Follow up on declined work and missed appointments
- Monitor shop capacity and adjust bookings accordingly
- Assist with check-in/check-out process during peak times
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in the system (CDK)

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
