We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is critical to maintaining and elevating the premium service experience our customers expect every time they visit our operation.

As a Service Guest Experience Specialist you act as a valet, you are one of the first and last impressions of our service department. Your focus is simple: create a seamless, welcoming, and polished experience for every customer. This posting represents a current existing vacancy within our organization.

What You’ll Do

Vehicle Quality Control

- Complete a detailed inspection checklist on every serviced vehicle
- Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness and presentation standards before delivery
- Report and document any deficiencies immediately

Vehicle Handling & Lot Management
- Move vehicles efficiently and safely throughout the lot
- Run vehicles through the automated car wash
- Maintain organized parking flow with open spaces available for incoming customers

Customer Experience
- Be stationed at the service entrance whenever available
- Open doors and personally welcome every customer
- Act as a visible, approachable presence for assistance and direction

Facility Presentation
- Ensure the service entrance area is clean, organized, and free of debris
- Maintain a professional, premium appearance of all customer-facing areas

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Outgoing personality with natural people skills
