Requisition Title: RQ00757 - Specialized IT Consultant - Intermediate
Location: Metro Hall, 55 John Street, Toronto - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 months

Must Haves
· Mandatory Certifications (both required):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) -
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
· Candidates must provide the email address associated with the certification for verification.
· Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms of varying complexity to support project management.
· Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications for automation and integration.
· Ability to manage certificate inventory, and related ServiceNow flows.
· Robust understanding of Project Management lifecycle and integration with SPM modules.
· Public Sector Experience: Preferred.
