Shipper – Full-Time

Norelco Cabinets Ltd. is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company that has been proudly serving the industry since 1972. We are seeking a full-time Shipper to join our team!

Working in our manufacturing facility means becoming part of a team committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the continued production of high-quality, award-winning cabinetry.

Position Summary The Shipper is responsible for preparing, handling, loading, and delivering finished cabinetry and materials while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

· Able to perform repetitive lifting and physical work throughout the day

· Ability to safely lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

· Comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to read and comprehend shipping documents, work orders, and other required documentation

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

· Experience operating 1-ton and/or 5-ton moving vans

· Must be comfortable loading, unloading, securing, and transporting cabinetry

Qualifications & Attributes

· Reliable and punctual with strong attendance





· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

· Self-motivated and dependable

· Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Must have and wear steel-toed safety boots
