What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the team during your shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant
- Follow and enforce food safety and operational standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Manage shift responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Coach and support team members to help them succeed
- Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously
- Help maintain smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Reliable, responsible, and organized
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is an asset
- Must be willing to lead by example and support the team
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
