Nuhn Industries is looking for a detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This role sits within its own department but works closely with our Parts and Warehouse team on a daily basis, coordinating the flow of parts and materials in and out of the facility. If you're organized, reliable, and comfortable working with an ERP system to track inventory, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips

- Enter and update shipping/receiving transactions in our ERP system

- Coordinate closely with the Parts and Warehouse team to ensure parts availability and accurate inventory records

- Prepare shipments including packaging, labeling, and documentation (bills of lading, customs paperwork if applicable)

- Communicate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries





- Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

- Support other departmental tasks as needed

What You Bring

- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

- Comfortable learning and working within an ERP system

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other departments

- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/move for extended periods

- Forklift certification an asset

- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
