Job Overview:

Join our dedicated team as a Shipping/Warehouse Associate for our thriving janitorial service company. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals to our field crews and clients.

Responsibilities:

Receiving & Inspection:

- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of cleaning supplies, equipment, chemicals, and paper products.
- Verify incoming orders against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality.

Packing & Preparation:
- Safely pack orders using appropriate containers, boxes, or totes to prevent leaks, spills, or damage during transport.
- Securely seal, label, and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
- Assemble supply kits or caddies for individual cleaning crews based on their specific job requirements.

Inventory Management:




- Maintain accurate inventory records of all cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and PPE.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly or quarterly physical inventory audits.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Basic math skills for counting inventory and managing orders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Pay: $21.82-$25.74 per hour
