Canadian Tarpaulin Manufacturers Ltd. is a growing manufacturing and distribution firm located in Saskatoon. We are seeking an individual who will support and help drive the efficacy of our shipping and receiving functions. Offering a wide range of made-to-order and made-to-stock products and materials, along with key distribution channels, we are a market leader in industrial coverings and services.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in warehousing functions, shipping documentation, receiving processes and logistics. The successful candidate must be certified in forklift operation.

Responsibilities will include:
Support the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
Collaborate and communicate with logistics companies, sales representatives, production staff, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
Coordinating the preparation and packaging/loading of shipments in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
Receiving incoming shipments and reconciliation of product received
Inventory control and product storage
Delivering products to correct areas in all three facilities
Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work environment
Unloading trucks and container deliveries and putting away items received
Performing routine maintenance and inspection on equipment and vehicles
Assists in other warehouse and manufacturing duties as required
Assisting customers with loading and unloading of items
Picking orders, boxing and palletizing orders
Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 education
Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
Current forklift certificate or equivalent is required
Valid Class 5 Drivers License & clear driver’s abstract
Able to lift up to 50 pounds (at times repeatedly)
Proven experience with software solutions (ERP, CRM, MS Office, etc.)
High level of commitment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills The position requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
