Role Overview The Shipping & Inventory Coordinator (Junior) is responsible for coordinating outgoing customer shipments, receiving incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role works closely with production, procurement, and logistics partners to ensure products are shipped accurately, on time, and in compliance with company requirements. The successful candidate will assist with inventory control, shipping documentation, freight coordination, and warehouse organization while delivering a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all outbound shipments to customers and the receipt of incoming inventory, materials, and deliveries.
- Prepare, package, label, and coordinate domestic and international shipments in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures.
- Move, load, unload, and organize inventory and shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual material handling techniques.
- Plan, schedule, and track shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of customer orders.
- Communicate professionally with customers,
couriers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, crating vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, export declarations, customs documentation, and other import/export paperwork.
- Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and inventory storage areas while adhering to workplace safety standards and best practices.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation activities.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are consistent with the employee's skills, abilities, and position.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $44,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
