Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shisha Maker/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft high-quality shisha (hookah) flavors while providing exceptional guest service in a lively, welcoming environment. Duties

- Prepare and assemble shisha pipes with various flavors, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Serve guests promptly and courteously, taking orders and providing recommendations for shisha flavors and accompaniments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, workstations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cashiering and cash handling
- Upsell menu items, beverages, or special promotions to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols diligently during food preparation and service

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in hospitality or the food industry
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest engagement
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing tabs or bills
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus; familiarity with the food industry is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
