About the Role

Mercury Launch & Tug Maintenance Division: We are looking for a motivated person who is excited to learn and grow in the marine industry. As part of our maintenance division, you will be required to drive daily in all weather conditions, able to lift 50 LBS, have an interest in developing in parts procurement and logistics. Our office is on the water, and we work both out of the shop and on-board vessels.

You will be driving company trucks around the lower mainland picking up and delivering parts to various locations for use by Mercury Launch and Tug team members. In addition to driving, part of the day will be assisting with sourcing and buying parts for various projects. As well as daily general clean up and organization of the shop.

The standard work week will be Monday to Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm (40 hour work week),



a flexible time schedule will be an asset as extra hours are available. (Option of Sunday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver parts in company trucks
- Source and arrange transport of parts and services
- Receive and put away parts
- Clean and organize work area’s
- Use assorted hand and power tools

Qualifications

Required:

- Valid Class 5 Driver license
- Own vehicle (Office Location: 7340 Airport Rd, Richmond, BC, V7B 0B7)
- Organization in personal planning and time keeping

· Can do attitude: Willingness to learn and take direction on tasks
- Problem Solving skills

Preferred:

- Level 1 First aid
- Valid Counterbalance forklift ticket
