Responsibilities

- Assist with the installation, removal, and replacement of tires on various vehicles using hand tools and power tools
- Support mechanics with routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and repairs
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving tires or automotive parts around the shop
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining basic services offered
- Support sales efforts by informing customers about tire options and maintenance packages
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all shop activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

- Previous experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and tires is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and sales techniques is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.25-$31.60 per hour
